Goat

Comparatively, goat meat also contains higher potassium content with lower sodium levels. Offering more nutritional value and greater health benefits, goat meat has a number of health benefits

Lamb

An excellent source of protein, 4 oz. of lamb contains 27.5 g of protein, or 55 percent the recommended daily intake for an adult. Lamb is also a good source of omega 3 fats – the healthy fats typically found in cold-water fish – that have been shown to reduce inflammation, boost brain health and guard against cancer and heart disease

Hog

Being high in protein and rich in many vitamins and minerals, lean pork can be an excellent addition to a healthy diet.

Cattle
